Furnace Structure

The equipment is composed of outer frame, chamber, bottom support, lifting system and control system.

Chamber Design

The chamber is made of ceramic fiberboard and fiber products, with the outermost layer surrounded by calcium silicate board. The inner layer is surrounded by ceramic fiber heating plate with 4 groups of heating elements for independent temperature control. The booster air intake box is on the right side, with exhaust gas collection on the left side.

Bottom Support Design

The equipment features lifting base support with mechanical locking during heating process. A sealing layer prevents heat loss between the bottom plate and chamber.

Lifting System

The stable lead screw driving system allows precise height control with up, down and stop functions. The system features automated hearth extension for loading/unloading.

Control System

Features 4 independent temperature zones controlled by imported modules with ±1°C stability. All electrical panels are installed at the rear for safety, with heating/lifting interlock protection.

Atmosphere System

Uses dry, clean compressed air controlled by flowmeters (24-240L/min range). Gas is preheated to 500°C before entering furnace, with exhaust aid system for controlled discharge.

Real-time Touch Screen Monitoring

Includes temperature control (4 heating zones), action control (lifting system), alarm signals, and parameter setting capabilities.
